How to calculate

Estimate employment end benefits using your salary, service dates, and editable contract assumptions.

Daily basic salary = monthly basic salary ÷ salary days per month. Benefit per year = daily basic salary × entitlement days. Total ESB = benefit per year × eligible service duration.

Frequently asked questions

Are 21 days and 30 salary days universal rules?

No. They are editable starting assumptions only. Adjust them according to your employment contract, company policy, or applicable local rules.

How is a partial year handled?

Choose whether to include it. When included, the remaining service days are converted to a fractional year using the actual average Gregorian year length.
